I have tried to request a Key for the API but i never got the answer
(no mail with the Key).
Is the API product allways available ?
How to receive this Key ?

We have disabled API registration due to a large amount of spam
documents being uploaded to our site via the API.  Please provide a
description of what you would like to do with the API and we will
review your request.
