As a builder DLF is aware that no bank
would release the loan amount without
Apartment buyer agreement, NOC from builder, tripartite agreement and other
related documents, which bank collect as part of mortgage and release the
payment. So Instead of guiding customer
like us and helping us DLF is purposely delaying documents and demanding to pay the interest/ Delay payment.
It seems DLF is using this trick to collect additional amount from buyers. Hence if they refuse to wave off we should prepare to file a case in consumer court. Hence request all affected owners to come together and file a case in consumer court.
Look forward to hear from you.
