Googlede mig til Molkosan, er det det rigtige at købe? Eller kan man
opdyrke dem selv, fx fra lagen fra fetaost, eller fra et surmælksprodukt?

nødvendigt med mælkesyre bakterier til grøntsager
de de findes naturligt på grøntsagerne.
Har gjort forsøget, med og uden og der var ingen
