Hello,
We rented for seven months with this company.
We needed to clean the appartment when we moved in--the floors had
never been cleaned and it took five buckets of water to clean them
properly.
They never, in spite of promising, came to repair a broken glass in
the kitchen door. In fact, you will never hear from them while you
are living there--once you are renting, forget any thoughts of getting
service from them.
And when we moved out, they charged exhorbitant fees for painting
etc. It is a scam and you should try renting through a more reputable
firm.
