Hey gents,
I really enjoyed the meetup and am looking forward to the next one. I
have a feeling that there is a lot of latent interest in Django, and
we could see this group grow significantly.

Yes, that was good times!

It's great to have folks to share the Django reality with. I'm
interested in what we can do as a group (contributing to the Django
project in some way or evangelizing by helping with another Django Jam
like Paul organized a year or so back).

Thanks to John and I'd echo his recommendation that folks sign up for
Bar Camp as well. It would be cool to see some Django folks there (and
as it's a free conference the registration will fill up fast):

suggestions on what I should do before attending? I'm not entirely
sure how the "unconference" format works.

Basically, if you want you can cook up a presentation for it. If not, you can just show up and enjoy other people's offerings.
