RESTful API at Django

Hi folks, i was reading about rest in django, and i found 2 projects piston and django-rest-interface, i've chosen piston, so i want to create emitters to spatial data (kml, georss, geojson, etc), and want to know if anyone has some experience or neediness to join and coding.

Some preliminary work that ingenieroariel did on a GeoJSON emitter for
piston. Pretty rudimentary at this point, but might be a good place to
start.
