We are pleased to announce the launch of Japanese (unofficial) Django
Users'
Group: django-ja and its website, http://www.djangoproject.jp/.
As the first Japanese community dedicated to Django, we will make every
effort to illustrate Django for all Japanese web perfectionists with
deadlines. Our activities include publishing/exchanging Japanese
information
on Django such as aggregators or document translations, providing an
open
mailing list -- http://groups.google.com/group/django-ja/ -- to discuss
on Django.
Visit http://www.djangoproject.jp/ for more information.
Thanks
w00t - but why unofficial?
Thanks,
Eugene
Because it's just not official!
I added Japanese i18n file December 2005.
Then I talked about Django at Python Japanese Users Group's Workshop in
January 2006.
And I'm going to having a panel discussion about
Python Framework(Django, TurboGears, web.py) at Ptyhon japanese Users
Group's Workshop in April 2006(hold in Microsoft Japan's office. wow!).
I think it continues with Django.
Thanx for your encouragement!
Makoto Tsuyuki

hey presto, it will become official ;-)
