ANN: String freeze for Django 1.5

Hi translators,

The rc1 version of Django 1.5 has just landed:

This is also the start of the string freeze. So now is the time to go to
work :-) If no critical bugs are found in this version, the final 1.5.0
might be released in one week.

Note that it will be the last release including localflavor
translations. So this is the least important package to translate.
