i18n deadline for 1.1

Hi,

the czech translation is behind, but we have some forces to unleash.

Is it still possible to get the update to upcoming release 1.1? If so,
what is the deadline to post the ticket?

The period of string freeze (when translators can be pretty sure no
new literals will be added and they can work on getting all
of them translated) starts with the tagging of the release
candidate, and that hasn't yet happened.

So your timing is perfect, you can start to work on getting the translation
near 100% complete and open a ticket with the attachment sometime
between 1.1 RC and 1.1 final.
