Hello,

My name is Ivan Aleman, I am from Mexico and I would like to start
translating django /docs to the Spanish language.

I've read the content of
http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/Localization but I couldn't add
myself to th wiki page, every time I tried to add text, my changes were
detected as a sort of SPAM (LOL), I'll try later.

So in the page mentioned above, are some rules to start translations,
are there any other rules than aren't mentioned there, or I can start
translating and attaching those in the tickets system (Trac)

Are there any teams of Spanish in which I can participate?

Thanking you in advance for your feedback.

Regards + Ivan

Hi.

The procedure should be to create a new ticket, set Component to
Translations and finally attach .po file to that ticket. Then your
translation will be commited.
AFAIK there are not other rules in order to start a translation, just
keep a .po file editor and go.

Instead if you desire to translate Django official documentation use
http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/TranslateDocumentation. There you'll
find some info.

Cheers,
Paolo Dina
