1.1.2 admin form regression

Can't investigate too much more until tomorrow, but it's a pretty big
regression so I thought I'd bring it up here for discussion as well as
starting a ticket.

I cannot recreate given the information in the ticket.  Admin validation of exclude is new and my first guess would be it's picking up a genuine error that has gone unnoticed before, but since the ticket does not include either the mode nor the model admin definition....it's hard to say for sure.

And fair enough... I'll whip up a test case tomorrow when I'm at work
(the field is editible, so it's not that).
