I found the culprit, semanticeditor==0.2.1!
Changed to what you listed, -e<https://github.com/evildmp/django-widgetry.git@d43988a90789e07e6dba16...>

it worked.
Guess pypl has conflicting version.

I'm looking for good cms for my church website.
Let me play more and see if this is good fit.
