ANN: Django 1.0.2 released

Tonight, to clear up some problems with the packaging of the Django
1.0.1 release from Friday, we've released Django 1.0.2; once again,
this is a bugfix-only release, and is a recommended upgrade for anyone
targeting or using Django 1.0 or Django 1.0.1.
