Device, iBlot® Dry Blotting System, BenchPro™ 4100 Western Processing
System, Countess Automated Cell Counter, or Qubit™ fluorometer

But how do you convert the 3 color values into one value? It seems the signature of each well should be a single number to be able to put into a function relating the column and row number.
