Most biotech people around DC are near the NIH, not downtown, so I
think Bethesda is a good choice. Most restaurants in Bethesda are on
Cordell, so walking distance from the metro (a few blocks) is going to
be the same for any of them. There are parking meters on the street,
which will probably be occupied, and a parking garage at the end of
Cordell where it meets Old Georgetown.
