I know this has been mentioned in the past, but just wanted to point out
that PSDTuts has several awesome Photoshop tutorials as of late:

http://psdtuts.com/

I go there once in a while just for inspiration alone. Plus, if you actually
go through one of their tutorials, I guarantee that you'll improve your
Photoshop skills (and might get a better eye for things while you're at
it!).

Speaking of photoshop..

Adobe just launched their public beta of photoshop express. Simple 2gb of
photo storage + ability to touch up photos online. Going to try it out when
I have time.

Check out the homepage though. The photo collage interface is pretty nifty.
