Managed to import comments from Pyblosxom

Used the script from

http://freshfoo.com/blog/disqus-import-script

to import my old comments, with a bit of hacking. I had to add to code
to include email addresses that were in my version of the comments
plug-in. It uses the Disqus API library from

http://code.google.com/p/disqus-python-client/

I only had about 70 comments spread over a few folders, but this made
the job pretty easy.

I can make my version of the code available if anyone wants it.
