How to set comment count on Multi-Language?

Hi,
The Multi-Language about comment works well when setting
disqus_config. But it did not work on comment count. On admin site,
Comment Count Link can be edited, but I don't want to type two
languages on the same field to display two languages at the same time.
Has any method to change language on comment count?
