Does anyone have any examples of an HTTP client configuration that works
under Android 4.0+?

Or, put another way, should Dispatch work by default under Android?

I'm getting an error which I don't have at hand, but if the default
client should work, I'll post it.

But I couldn't find a list of providers to try in the documentation, or
how to switch them in the HTTP configuration.

Thanks.

I have used netty on android before, so it should be possible. It's
probably a matter of getting the proguard config right.

Do you have a sample config to share?

If not then I'll try putting one together. Just wanted to ensure that
the default client should work on Android, or if I should use another.

Thanks.

I don't, sorry. It was actually unfiltered-netty that I've used on
android, but that gives me pretty good confidence that dispatch will
also work.

If you get it working I'll add the config to the docs, or maybe a g8
template.
