AHC 1.7.11 is out

I've been using the snapshot for a few weeks on Android, and it seems to
be working. Perhaps it's time for 0.9.6?

Also, how is 2.10 support coming? Would be nice to transition my big
Scala Android app off of 2.9.

2.10 is supported, we're using 0.9.5 with Scala 2.10 at Meetup. The
branch to use the 2.10-backed promises is still incomplete. It was set
to be the next release but it may make sense to release with a newer
version of AHC first since that doesn't require any code changes.
