Please join us at CURATEcamp 2010, an unconference on curation micro-
services, at the University of California, Berkeley, August 16-17,
2010. Thanks to the generous support of Penn State's Digital Library
Technologies group and the California Digital Library, food (breakfast
and lunch) and lodging will be provided at no cost during the
conference. Lodging will be single rooms in the UC-Berkeley dorms on
the Clark Kerr Campus from August 15-17. You are responsible for your
travel arrangements and off-campus lodging arrangements should you
prefer the hotel experience to the dormitory experience. Space is
limited, so register today:

Awesome idea, wish I could make it. Unfortunately, it's little too
late notice for me as I will be on family holidays. I hope to see some
updates on this group and wiki page? Have a great camp!

Cheers,

P.S. Would be great to follow-up on any CurateCamp discussion/action
items and the OpenRepositories Micro-services BoF session at a BoF
session at iPress Vienna, September)

Peter et al.,

In addition to the OR10 BOF and CURATEcamp in August, I am pleased to
announce that our (Penn State's and UCSD's) IDCC10 proposal for a
full-day workshop on digital curation tools has been accepted. IDCC10
will be in Chicago, IL, and the workshop will be on December 6th.

Oh and BTW, if there is interest we could also organize the pre- or
post-conference session at the DLF Forum (Nov 1-3 in Palo Alto, CA).

I'd love to see the traveling circus of CURATEcamp continue on to DLF
and iPRES if folks are interested. Sadly I won't be able to attend
either conference this year, but I'll support them however I can.

Of course the less I am involved, the more successful they will be. ;)
