Bag Transfer Tools

Hi,
I've posted a set of java/jax-ws libraries and tools that can be used
to develop a bag server against the Bag transfer RESTful API*. The
code includes a GUI client for creating/transferring bags, both a
command-line and GUI server to share a directory of bags, and a set of
server libraries that you can use to embed the bag server into your
own application.

Executable jar files and a brief README are available from our Jenkins
build server:
