Criteria to pass Digg URL validation

Hi,

I have been trying to post a URL to Digg.com and failed. Digg throws
error message asking me to verify the URL.

I dont see anything wrong in my URL. The URL looks like the one below.

whereas the following URLs are accepted.

I really don't know what is happening in Digg to filter my URL.
I would appreciate if any one of you guys help me to get rid off
this.
