Hi,

I must say this is the best of the many videoplayers I have tried for
Android, but is there any way to display idx/sub subtitles, whether
stored as external files or embedded in an mkv?

The way I understand it, this is the only format which stores
subtitles as images, rather than text. Is this right or is there
another format I could convert my subtitles to, which is supported by
DicePlayer but doesn't require an OCR conversion to text?

Thanks.

PS I rip my subtitles using vobsub, dvdfab or HD BR Stream Extractor
and 'bd sup 2 sub 400'.

I second this request. I love Dice Player, but most of my content is
Handbraked DVD rips and I'm loath to OCR the subtitles... Is it
possible to get vobsub support or some other image based subtitle that
I can convert to without OCRing?
