I like their separation of 'clean' projects and 'messy' projects,

When we have a DHMN facility with enough space, we should definitely have a CleanShop (quiet/clean projects, like most electronics, scrapbooking, 3D printing, etc) and a MachineShop (messy, dirty, loud).
