Connect Android Devices to Cisco VPN???

I know that some of you work in IT and use Android devices. Does anyone know how to configure Android devices to connect to a Cisco vpn with group authentication and active directory?

I am trying to connect several devices with different versions of Android.
I am currently working with:
Droid 3 Android 2.3
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

The VPN is a Cisco ASA 5505

I prefer not to use the cisco anyconnect if possible (requires license for each device) and I don't think my employer would like the devices to be rooted.
