Makers! It's time to share... what have you been hacking on or making?

Reply to this email with a brief run-down of whatever projects have
been keeping you busy.

The mini-Putnams made Mother's Day coupons and some posters for the space.

I setup one of the dedicated computers in the space with GNU/Linux.

Made some progress on "appletonapi" - a half-baked civic data idea using python and Google App Engine.

I started working on the DHMN server at the space however... my server at home is starting to have hardware issues so now I am working on getting that back up and running.

I am working on building the ultimate mobile workstation/laptop, so far I have an MSI gt60 and i'm going to add 2 mobile monitors to the back of the screen to fold out into a tri-screen thing, also the case will be milled aluminium with a heat sink built into the back of the screen for liquid cooling using air directing fans and really thin fans (the bezel and back will be a heat sink)
with two extra hard drive slots in the screen case (maybe)
also the case will have clips to support a custom made battery that covers the entire bottom of the laptop in one giant battery. I may need to weight the bottom to prevent tipping.

currently I am slowly drawing this up at school on their inventor suite If anyone has an inventor professional licence that I could borrow it would be much appreciated, any advice is also appreciated.
