Has anyone successfully gotten naked dsl? It's been 4 mohnths since
they have aledgedly been selling it and I just took a call yesterday
from a guy who was forced to get a bundled package because everyone at
AT&T insisted they didn't know what he was talking about. So I was
just curious if anyone has successfully gotten it? And Im also
curious if and how the FCC follows up and enforces this stuff.
Here's the Jan 15 article about naked dsl being introduced.

I want to know too. I read an article in the Dallas Morning News well
over a year ago that said AT&T had 1 year to implement naked DSL. But as
far as I know they haven't done it yet. I want to dump my home phone
line as soon as possible. But the bastards at AT&T keep telling me I
can't do it yet and keep my DSL.
The only reason someone comes back to AT&T every 11 seconds is
because AT&T keeps buying the competition. People don't go back to AT&T
by choice.
I wonder if one of those investigative reporters in the news would
like to do a story about AT&T and their failure to comply with the court
rulings.
