Recomendations for inexpensive car painter?

I'm wanting to have my car painted sometime soon and would like to know if
anybody knows of a good place that is inexpensive.
I know those don't go together to well. Maybe somebody they know that does it
on the side. (wanting to stay around the 250.00 to 350.00 range) I'll prpbably
even scuff the car myself and maybe tape it.

I would go to macco or the like, but I'd like a decent paint job, (no runs etc)
and paint that will last longer then 6 months.
