Recommendation for Landscape Design

I am looking for somebody to come up with a landscape design for my
yard. I'm planning on installing all of the landscape myself, so I just
need the design. I live in Sachse (north of Garland) and would like to
find a place that isn't super far from this part of town (Plano,
Richardson, Garland, Rowlett, Wylie, etc.). Does anyone have
recommendations on a place that will do a decent job and at the same
time not charge an arm and a leg?

I have heard that sometimes nurseries will provide their own landscape
designer to come up with a design and will either give a discount or do
the design for free if you agree to purchase a certain amount (or all)
of the landscaping from them. I have called around to a few places and
haven't found that to be true so far. I would love to find a situation
like this if the design is of decent quality.
Any recommendations are welcome.
