DCLP "Course Curriculum"

Anyone interested in teaching a course with the Dallas Computer Literacy
Program can attend a volunteer teacher's training session (usually held the
second Saturday of each month.)

The Dallas Computer Literacy Program (whose mission is to provide educational
opportunities for Dallas' inner city residents through the use of computer
technology) offers classes on the following :
Introduction to Computers
Microsoft Works
Word Perfect
Lotus
DBase IV
Page Maker (starting this Fall!)
Job Readiness

The classes are taught throughout the day at several facilities in Dallas.
The schedule for September and October is as follows:

Classes taught from 6:30p to 8:30p on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

* * Intro to Computers on Oct 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13
* * Word Perfect on Oct 17, 18, 20, 24, 25, 27

Classes taught from 3p to 5p on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

* * Microsoft Works on Sept 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28
* * Word Perfect on Oct 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26
