Found the answer to my own question ...

Close DFO if running
Fire up gconf-editor
navigate to apps/DesktopFlickrOrganizer

'Unset the keys - token, userid, & username.
Login to your second account in your web browser
Run DFO and authorize for your second account.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the only method, so if you want to
change back again, you will have to repeat the above procedure.
