Create Time for a Bug with Rest Api

Hello,

Is it possible to add time for Bug trough Rest Api?

I am trying the following

url: .../targetprocess2/api/v1/Times
data: <Time Description="testX" Spent="1" Remain="0"><Project Id="1"/><Assignable Id="33"/></Time>

But I'm getting 400 bad request.

You have to add a User to that Time object.
