It talks at a pretty high level about DevOps as a state of mind, and
about how convergence between these two (occasionally) contradicting
fields (dev and ops) can help an organization react faster to demands.

A pretty interesting read, about how these guys provisioned a 72 node Cassandra cluster using puppet, and what the implications were, on both sides of the rope (dev and ops).
