HappY Thanksgiving

I would like to take a moment to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I feel thankful that I found this support group of people that can truly understand what it is like to live with NMO it is nice to not feel alone, although I wish no one had to suffer from this especially the children. I hope that everyone is feeling well. I pray for us all.

Hi Donna, I hope you are feeling well. It has been nice to read so many posts from people that understand. I am feeling good except for a lot of neck and shoulder pain. Today I was extremly tierd but that is how it goes each day is different. My family's motto is to "BELIEVE".

I get sharp pain in what feels like the bone in my fingers and arm up to my elbow on my left arm .and did not have these before i had an attack

WE are praying for all of you all. Also, our ladies sunday school
class prays for yall everytime they gather. They are always asking me

4-AP is the old part. 3 methyl hydroxide is the new. The article says
that this 3-MH added helps to speed the conduction of the never where
4-AP alone does not.

From what I read in the article, it is based on that drug, but has a new component to it that helps with signal speed/timing. Beyond that, no idea.

Thank you both for your wonderful comments on the PSA we have put out to help bring awareness to Devic's Disease. Every week I will post a new video Bringing Awareness to this disease. Thank you all for signing the petition. I am working on fixing the PSA so it can be viewed in caption for the hearing impaired. It is becasue of my daughter and all of you that we are trying so hard to continue to bring awareness to this disease. Happy Holidays!

We're all hoping that Collin will get his plasmapheresis as soon as
possible, and that all of the wrinkles will be ironed out so that he
will be able to do HiCy as well. I know how difficult this decision
must have been for you and Carey. Please know that we're all standing

Ask him WHY? Vanderbildt over Dr. W and who at Vanderbildt has shown higher credentials and experience in treating NMO. I would demand he prove his case for choosing Vanderbildt over Dr. W who has already seen her. He is making this more work and much more costly by going to someone new as well. His head is tooooo big for his body. He took a hippocratic oath when he became a doctor, how do you decide when you don't have to honor that anymore?
