Vacancy Announcement – SMNF-Nepal SMNF-Nepal is a non-profit making organization founded in 1996 to address maternal mortality and neo-natal health, invites application for the position of Executive Officer. Nepali citizens with an interest and experience in related field are encouraged to apply.   Position Title Executive Officer Job Summary & Skill ·         Assist SMNF/N executives to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a secretariat secretary ·         Collection of relevant material to develop project proposal as per requirement ·         Take overall responsibility as per SMNF/N policy on Administration and Account ·         Should possess very good knowledge of GON and Reproductive Health development policies and protocols. ·         Good supervisory skill and demonstrates ability to communicate well with I/NGOs, Government officers, Stakeholders, Civil Society and subordinates. ·         Experience with SMNF/N planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation are required. ·         Must be sound in current MOHP health policies and protocols. ·         Remain informed on current reproductive health issues and best practices ·         Coordinate and liaise with MoHP, GoN line agencies ·         Coordinate and strengthen SMNF/N member NGOs at the district level for longer term sustainability of the SMNF/N outcomes ·         Should have good report writing skill ·         Should be able to type in English and Nepali ·         Proven skill on uses of computer in word processing, spreadsheet and power-point ·         Good knowledge on internal and external audit ·         Good  knowledge and experience on field visit in the contest of Nepalese topography ·         Carry out any other activities assigned by SMNF/N Nepal Executive Board Qualification ·         Mater Degree in any discipline with 3 years relevant experiences or Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 5 years relevant experiences as an officer level Attitudes ·         A team player ·         Able to take leadership ·         Positive thinking ·         Good listener ·         Commitment to constant improvement   Please submit your application along with CV on the following address:   SMNF Nepal Po.Box# 276 Email: smnn...@wlink.com.np/Smnf...@gmail.com  Application Deadline: 3 May 2012
