Calling All Developers!

Hello. I've started collecting profiles of developers working in HE at http://hackingtheuniversity.net/

I encourage (beg!) all developers on this list to send me responses to the four interview questions. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to write something up and I'll add links and proof read it.
