Does anyone use STDOUT or STDERR as an output destination for profile data?

I'd like to remove that functionality while I refactor for forking support.
Could be added back later, or just use /dev/fd/1 or /dev/fd/2 instead,
which all modern unix systems support.

Tim.

I actually don't use it, but thought it would be good to have in there...  Okay with me.
