Update center for ivybeans

The lates contributed patch has an update center that points to
http://ivybeans.googlecode.com/svn/updates.xml

The correct location of updates.xml and ivybeans.nbm probably needs to
be revised, so what are the options ?

No work has been done on this project since a long time ago.
