How are folks building the wiki requested in Grok? Has anyone installed TiddlyDesktop? Is anyone using TiddlyHost?

Goto tiddlyhost.com, create an account, and create a site. You'll have a blank tiddlywiki ready to go.

In tweaking my settings, I decided to try "retain story ordering" as my default. I also changed the title to "Something interesting" 🙂

I took the tour of the control panel, and set a different pallette, and I suppport the advice to show the info button on the Toolbars tab/View Toolbar.

Let us know here if you are doing the Grok exercises, and how far you've gotten...

Good morning! I downloaded the Grok Tiddly Wiki html as per the instructions, then made a Tiddly Host account (I organize all of my classes in archives after each semester and a link seems so much cleaner than an app, to me.) and created a blank tiddly,  https://ivan-popov-grok.tiddlyhost.com/ which I then drag+dropped the html of grok into (yay it worked! I think) at which time the import sequence came up, gave some warning about overwriting core files and system instability, ignored that and drove it home, and now it seems to be set up for going through the exercises and readings. I finished the getting started / setup tiddly, closed that out, got to my control panel area and saw all of those settings, customized my pallete to spartan night, and edited my toolbars to things I think I would use, especially getting the control panel icon on to the main sidebar instead of hidden inside "view more" and am working through the rest of section 1.

Howdy, so I made it through chapter 3! That was a doozie, but the filters make sense in the long run. The Grok will be a valuble resource to look things up if I forget what is happening with my syntax. I did see that chatGPT conversation and I must say, AI is really coming along. I recently used an AI artwork generator for another course to get some background imagery as well and it did really well. And I have also been using it at work when writing some batch scripts for arcade operations, it saves so much time, still needs that human touch of course to get it just right in some instances, but way faster than googline and sorting through answers to get the right syntax and result. I like how its conversational too, like, so we have this script you gave me, now get me a result from those results of this to do that, etc etc. And then actually explains what its doing. It's wild.
