我所在的公司目前以IT项目为主，有面向国内大型公司的项目，也有外包项目。国内的公司前几年对于测试关心不足，开发人员亲自测试、项目管理人员兼顾测试的现象 是十分普遍的。从这几年做项目的情况来看，随着公司规模的逐渐扩大，人员水平差距变大，继续使用原先的开发手段，产品质量难免有所下降。目前公司从管理层也意识 到了专职的测试人员的重要性，但是没有这样的经验，无法让测试人员融合到项目组中顺利的开展工作，不能发挥应有的作用。各位有没有类似的经验呢，可以交流一下。
