Bachelor weather page and Summit lift

A new look for the Bachelor weather page, with wind graphics
superimposed over an image of the mountain.

And here's what Bachelor is saying about the Summit lift: "The latest
news on Summit is that the top terminal requires a lot of snowcat and
lift ops work to patch up a ramp area (most of the snow at the peak
has blown away as is typical). We'll have crews up there all day on
Wednesday tackling that job. Updates to come. Still planning to have
it for the Holiday week if not sooner."
