Part-Time Rails developer w/ AWS configuration experience needed

Hey gang!

I'm a long-time member of the group, been developing Rails apps since
2006.

Am looking for a contractor who can assist me to enhance and support
an existing Rails app. It's already deployed and running in the AWS
cloud, but some (mostly already identified) enhancements in
application implementation and system configuration are needed for
performance and scaling purposes, if only because it's been a very
successful app. It's complex, so there will be a learning curve.

I'm expecting to contract for a fixed minimum number of hours per
month (perhaps 10 or so to start), split between enhancement,
maintenance, and support as required. Customer support (daily ~
7am-7pm) will be required only when I am not otherwise available due
to travel, jury duty, etc. We will coordinate known absences ahead of
time.
