Looking for a UI Designer/Developer

Hi,

A few of us who attend the monthly meetings work for a Rails-based startup called Nursing Home Quality.  We are in the process of looking for a full-time UI designer/developer to help us with our healthcare-industry Web applications .  We are a Ruby on Rails shop and have recently started using Flex, but most of our front end is still HTML/CSS/JavaScript.  We are hoping to find someone who is capable of both good user interface design and HTML/JavaScript/Flex development.  I know there are several members of this group who have been using Ruby + Flex so I am hoping someone will be able to recommend a front end designer or developer who may be looking for a new job.  If you happen to know of anyone I would appreciate the lead.  If you are interested in more of the details, please see the job add I posted on Craigslist: http://denver.craigslist.org/web/767005460.html
