Hello and happy new Year,

I post again my question because I think everybody was in
holiday last Week :

I'm trying to send a notification to an external
mailadress when a new mail arrives in the account X
mailbox.

The rule implemented uses "React With". It's working but
the mail generated is always send with the
MAILER-DAEMON@MY_MAINDOMAIN instead of the user account
self.

My Provider is not accepting this adress because the main
domain does not exists in reality. I'm getting this error
:
return-path rejected, got:552 sorry, your envelope sender
domain must exist

I'have read the RULE help and I understand that "React
With" action works like the REPLY action and should use
the account adress ....

Please tell me what I'am doing wrong.
Thanks

Fred.

Hello,

Is it possible to set the format of the date in Pronto
when creating a new event ? My interface is set to french
and the date appears in the mm/dd/yyyy english format ?

Some traductions are also missing :
- The "Show Availibility" button
- All the item on the "Free/busy attendee Status" window

Bye

Are you using a licensed copy of CGPro or a community edition? I am not
sure how a community edition gets it's main domain name, but in the
pay-for versions that is tied to the license number.

The 'easy' answer is make the main domain a legal registered domain
name. For instance, you have mydomain.com registered. Make the the
main domain name mail.mydomain.com and create a host record in dns for
mail.mydomain.com.

Now the issue becomes what version of CGPro are you using and what is it
going to take to change the main domain name in it.

While not stated in the docs, at least in that section, I believe the
account name would only be used in the case of an account-level rule. In
a server-wide rule, the mailer-daemon address is used. I tested this on
our server as an account-level rule and it set the From address as
documented.

However, even in the server-wide case, if you specify the From header in
the react with text, that will be used instead. You should use an
account-level rule if possible, though.

Hi Lyle,

I am using the community version. I will also try to change the main domain
name.

Thanks
Fred
