Graphing individual usage

I know I can graph overall usage via snmp/mrtg but is there a way to gather the data for individual users/domains? I'm mainly concerned with incoming/outgoing messages and possibly bytes sent/received.

If 'Collect Account Statistics' is enabled, where is the data held?
For how much extra data storage will I need to be preparing?
