Had a major outage on our local exchange last night from about 9.00 p.m.
til 11:30 p.m. I had to use my mobile to get through to 151 to find out
what was going on.

Today I got a call on my landline from BT (leaving an 0800 number if I
wanted to ring back) to check if my phone was now O.K. I was quite
impressed!

Are you watching Demon?

I doubt it.
I think they only work 9-5.
