Probably not. OK your opening page seems fine though I think the
background should be lightened a bit as the contrast is not quite
high enough.

Colne Valley site: no chance IMO. Red on dark blue is a bad combination
for the initial links. I didn't go further into the pages as that would
have been enough to put me off.

Golgar Community Shop: better with more contrast. The graphic doesn't
seem to exist on the site.

For both, the marquee [which only works in IE] will be very difficult
for the partially sighted and looks naff on sites anyway. The JS one
on the opening page has the same properties.

BTW, red on black is a known propensity of pornographic sites. I'd
actually suggest you use black text on a pale pastel background if
you are looking to accommodate the partially blind and also but alt
attributes in your <IMG> tags - even if only alt="".

I won't comment :-)

But I'd recommend that you carefully read:

and if you install CGI/Perl on your PC you might like to get BETSIE,
information at:

I suggest you run it through http://www.cast.org/bobby/, it is an HTML
validator designed to check compatability with technology to make it
possible for people with disabilities to use the Internet.
