Runs in Rose Garden this week

The running schedule we are following for 14th to 20th Dec is below:

 

As always, runners of all abilities are welcome. Note we are beginning later from now on for a couple of weeks. It is dark and cold at 5.15. Those who
have time constraints, do be there at whatever time you like. Tanvir and gang, we will hopefully see you this Sunday

Tue - run 6am @ Rose Garden (any number of 1.6km laps)
Wed -run 6am @ Rose Garden (any number of 1.6km laps) followed by
Thu - run 6am @ Rose Garden (any number of 1.6km laps)
Fri - no group run
Sat - run 6am @ Rose Garden (long run)
Sun - run at 7 am at Jahanpanah. The loop is 6.5k...so as many as one
wants to do.

Rose Garden meeting point is inside the gate near Ferns n Petals opposite

oops sorry Sunday should read Sun - run at 7 am at Rose Garden. The loop is 6.5k...so as many as one
wants to do.
