Hi Rachit,

 

If you are talking about one weekend, then I dont think its practically possible to cover jaipur or Haridwar Rishikesh as they both are 200 + km, and if you are talking about Vrindavan, then also its 150km and highway is not so pleasant/safe for cycles. What I can suggest rather plan a ride from Dehradun to mussorie or Kalka to Shimla...., its just a suggestion and any advice on this would be appreciated.

dear sandy bhai.....

even i agree that making long distance plan is difficult.......but i want to do it very badly. i want to cycle long distance...and the thing which u suggested.woh bhi mast hai but then that would be short distance and on the same hand it would be pleasurable....i agreee.

 

but i also wanted to cycle all the way.from delhi to some place.but seems no one is ready to ride all the way........lagta hai akele hi jana padega.......lol.................lets see

any more suggestions are also welcome.......from your side........but paaji yeh plan banana jaroor hai....

yup, I agree with Vinay ..... I plan a ride in such a way that we reach the hills and quite roads on car or some other vehicle and that start riding ....... How about Shimla to Narkanda .. ...

veere, carrier taan rent te vi le lavange ..... naale gaddi ta ajj kal sareya de kol hai .... petrol da kharcha share kar lavange ..... besides that ..... 60 KMs on the hill would be far difficult than 150 Kms on the plains ..... naale Shimla to Narkanda da route best hega cycling layi

Waise it's just a thought .... There is one more destination in my mind .... with winters setting in .... Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary can also be a nice option .... but would need three days to enjoy fully !!!!!!!
